1. Scope & seller identity

These Terms of Sale apply to paid services provided by Charles EDOU NZE (Sole Proprietorship, Saint-Lyé, France) on FullRemote.Jobs.

2. Pricing & services

Sponsored Job Posting: €49 per listing. Features 30-day highlighted placement on the homepage and daily newsletter inclusion.
Recruiter Pass (Unlimited Sourcing): €149 per month (cancel anytime). Features full resume access, direct candidate contact details, and weekly top picks.

3. Payment & cancellation

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The monthly Recruiter Pass subscription can be cancelled at any time with one click before the renewal date.

4. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Troyes, France.
