2. Data collected & purpose

Candidates / Talents: Name/alias, contact email, job title, seniority, technical stack, compensation expectations, GitHub profile, uploaded resume. Purpose: Visibility in the curated talent directory and direct employer outreach.
Email Alert Subscribers: Email address and job preferences. Purpose: Daily digest (strictly max 1 email per 24 hours) with 1-click unsubscribe.
Recruiters & Employers: Billing and company information for sponsored job postings and Recruiter Pass access.

3. Security & cryptographic protection

We enforce A-Level cybersecurity standards: AES-256-GCM encryption at rest for personal identifiable information, blind indexing with HMAC-SHA-256, zero-knowledge token storage with SHA-256, and edge rate-limiting.
